reservations

Your holiday will be reserved upon receipt of your deposit. A confirmation letter will be sent to you.

price

The cost of all holidays are fixed for the duration of 2010

payment

A deposit of £100 per person is required.

Balance of payment must be paid in full eight weeks prior to departure. If the balance is not received by the stated date, Etang Marolles reserve the right to cancel your holiday. Should you book within ten weeks of departure the full balance of the holiday will be required.

cancellation of holiday

If you cancel your holiday you are liable to a cancellation fee:

  1. Eights weeks notice or more before travel date - forfeiture of deposit
  2. Between four and eight weeks before travel - forfeiture of 50% of booking fee
  3. Less than four weeks before travel date - forfeiture of total booking fee

passports

All guests should ensure that they hold the appropriate passport and travel documents at time of travel. Remember to have your E11 form stamped at the Post Office before travelling.

insurance

All guests should take out the necessary travel insurance.

force majeure

We are not liable for any loss, delay or cancellations due to fire, storm, flood, weather, riots, political unrest, industrial disputes, threat of terrorist activity, war, Acts of God or any other events beyond our control.

complaints

If you have a complaint please address it to the Owners of Etang Marolles.

fishery rules and regulations

All guests (anglers and non anglers) must agree to abide by all rules as laid down by the Owners.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate the services we are contractually obliged to provide to you, if we, our employees or agents or any other person appointed under our authority, judge your behaviour to be likely to cause discomfort or harm to our other clients, or to any other person or property. In this situation we will not accept any liability to pay you a refund or provide compensation or damages which you may incur.

children

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

pets

We do not permit pets on the premises.
